Product development and merchandising

We are at your door step to work with you on your exclusive designs as well as provide trends and innovative ideas for new products. We can work with you in person on production feasibility and production capacity. We manage time line and product specifications. We also work with our manufacturing partners to provide new concepts and new item references. Our merchandise team is responsible for the overall product development process including the concept to delivery and managing the communications with customers and the factories. We select the most suitable factory, handle cost negotiation and manage product development process.

Production Management

We manage production on site. Our logistics team works with factories to determine production schedule and follow up to monitor production progress – tooling, material preparation, yield management, and capacity allocations. For critical productions, pilot runs address any problems and risks before production runs begin.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Our QA and QC process begins when a product is initiated.  Our experienced quality management team qualifies factories through rigorous audits. Only qualified factories will be used for production. Our team then follows customers protocols to set up quality standards including customer signed samples prior to production. All required lab tests must be completed with passing reports prior to production. 100% quality checks are conducted throughout production. Final inspection is performed based on customer confirmed AQL level.
